This collection consist of Information materials and research produced by UR on all levels of government, academics, business and industry in electronic and print formats not controlled by commercial publishing i.e. where publishing is not the primary activity of the producing body. This includes but not limited: technical or research reports,committee reports,government documents,preprint materials,white papers,blogs and newsletters,podcasts.

UR community with such information materials are urged to submit copies to the collections of this community for preservation and use.
