dc.description.abstract It is a common desire for every employee to keep the workplace in a safe condition. Staff, equipment, machines, and any other assets of the organization, industry, or company must be well-kept and organized such that there could be an unexpected risk of damage occurring at work. Excessive alcohol consumption is one of the dangers of employees acting in an abnormal state, which can lead to risks such as damage to assets, loss of self-control, poor and inappropriate service, poor interaction with others, poor decisions, and low productivity. Alcohol abuse is also a major cause of increased blood pressure, sweating, and body temperature. Uncontrolled alcohol use also contributes to excessive body temperature, perspiration, and blood pressure. The "smartwatch alcohol detector using energy harvesting technology or techniques" is a realtime system based on IoT technology. It detects alcohol consumed by individuals in the workplace. In addition to detecting alcohol levels, the smartwatch can also measure other vital signs such as blood pressure, sweating, and body temperature, which can provide additional insights into an individual's state of health and well-being. By tracking these metrics, employers can take proactive measures to support their employees' health and well-being and create a safer and more productive workplace. Overall, the use of smartwatches in the workplace for monitoring alcohol consumption and other vital signs is a promising approach that can help employers promote a culture of safety and wellness while protecting their business assets and maintaining productivity. The management of the business receives these readings from the smartwatch in order to track employees and assess any odd employee situations that might occur at work. Smartwatches will lessen the number of cases of persons working while intoxicated while safeguarding the workplace from these problems. A smartwatch is a useful tool for identifying cases as they arise and taking appropriate measures to keep the workplace productive and in good condition. en_US
