dc.description.abstract Any country's economy and public health depend heavily on its healthcare systems. In addition to recording the health parameters through the device, plays a major role in the medical system in order conveying, recording, and displaying the measured parameters. a method for implementing a smart system for patient management, monitoring, and tracking procedure are provided. Different applications use the Internet of Things (IoT). The Internet of Things (IoT) is helping human activities because of its capacity to eventually connect previously unconnected devices to the internet. To detect changes in an environment, IoT uses a variety of sensors. In a hospital, it can be used to monitor patients' vital signs. This study is proposed an IoT-based system that measures the vital signs of The patients at the hospital. The patient’s vital sign recordings are all associated with this ID, which is recorded in a database for later analysis and historical reference. Here we have accounts such as Administrator, Nurse, and Doctor account. Admin can manage all activities within the systems. The nurse can manage the patient (add a new patient, send a patient to Doctor, delete the patient, and generate a report in a different file format). Doctor can see the patients sent from the nurse and treat them, and generate a report of each a patient in a different format file (pdf, and excel sheet). The general operation of the system is as follows: Even when a new patient enters the medical center, an RFID tag is assigned to him or her so that his or her future visits can be immediately processed and his or her historical visits quickly retrieved. A patient tap RFID TAG ON the device then take her/him physical parameter (heart beat test, and body temperature) tapping again his/her RFid tag in order to record him/her data into the database. When a patient has an emergency case. the system will show the nurse and the nurse send him or her to the doctor in order to treat her/him. The Administrator, the Nurse, and the Doctor will each retrieve patient data from the database. The system will offer a practical way to raise the management of medical records' dependability, privacy, and security. The method effectively raises the standard of healthcare while safeguarding patients and nurses. The system takes 8 times less time than is typically required to record a vital sign. The system's low cost is an interesting aspect, made possible by readily available equipment and sensors that may be purchased and used in here Rwanda. Vital sign measurements that have been recorded are shown in a convenient, user-friendly format. en_US
