The model also suggested the variables used in the study were reliable (𝑟2=0.632, F=196.125, Sig. F <0.001). The regression model results also suggested a strongly relationship between leadership abilities and philosophies with success on construction project with healthy constant alpha of 0.385, alpha of 0.553 and 0.460 for leadership philosophies and leadership abilities respectively. In light of these findings, adoption and use of efficient project management leadership techniques are advised by the study and integration of leadership skills across all level of management in a project.
