The results merged with and experiences in the accessing under five death records, the digital tool is the solution to mitigate the identified gaps and challenges. The prototype of this tool contains a data entry form with different comprehensive analysis tools that provide the overall details of data based on users wishes. The designed tool can be accessed with web based or mobile based platforms.
