A good number of respondents agreed on the transformational school leadership has a vital role on prevention of early teenager’s pregnancies.
It was revealed in this study that the transformational school leadership influences teenagers’ pregnancy positively with a low significance (0.00) while intervening variables (causes of teenagers’ pregnancy and absence of information related to SRH) influence teenagers’ pregnancy negatively at a low significance of 0.007 and 0.000. It means that school leadership can play a role in dealing with issues of Teenagers’ pregnancy but it is not the main cause of the increase in the cases of pregnancy.
